MEET THE SSA TEAM

After spending a combined 30 years in the San Francisco commercial real estate market, Robert Dumas and Patrick Hubbard founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007.   Rob and Pat's extensive commercial real estate advisory experience includes complex acquisitions, creative dispositions, unique renovations, leasing, repositioning, finance and underwriting.  SSA has provided real estate advisory services for a myriad of clients and investors including pension funds, opportunity funds, private investors and corporate tenants.

Robert Dumas
Principal  //  Investment Director
Rob co-founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and currently manages the operation of the firm, directing all acquisition and disposition activities.  Prior to founding SSA, Rob served as a Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis from 1996-2007 completing more than $1 billion in investment sales.  From 1993-1996 he was an office leasing broker with Stubbs, Collenette & Associates, a San Francisco brokerage company.  Rob received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, San Diego.  He is married with two children and resides in Mill Valley.

Patrick Hubbard
Principal  //  Leasing Director
Pat co-founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and continues to manage the operation of the firm, directing all leasing staff and activities.  Prior to founding SSA, Pat served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and Transwestern Commercial Services.  During the past 17 years Pat has negotiated over 500 lease transactions. Pat received a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Berkeley.  He resides with his wife and two daughters in San Francisco’s Marina District.

Richard Johnson // Principal
Richard Johnson joined Sansome Street Advisors in 2012 with over 25 years commercial real estate experience.  Prior to joining SSA, Richard was Vice President of California Mortgage & Realty, Inc. (CMR Fund) with direct asset responsibility for 2.5 million sq. ft. of development projects in San Francisco and California.  Richard served as a Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis from 1998-2007, completing numerous office investment and multi-family land sales.  From 1991-1996 he was an investment sales broker with Stubbs, Collenette & Associates.

Zac Anglin // Associate
Zac brings to SSA a strong background in business management and a fresh outlook on real estate. He works with both tenants and landlords to help companies find great office space. Specializing in tech and start-up companies Zac takes a hands-on approach to working with clients, taking the time to get to know who he is working with and exactly what their needs are. He holds an MBA and Masters in Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from McGill University.  In his spare time Zac is an avid surfer and enjoys hiking and exploring his home in the Bay Area.
