570 PACIFIC AVENUE

570 Pacific Avenue is an absolute jewel box in the heart of the Jackson Square Historic District.  The building was originally constructed as two hotels, the Pacific and the Nottingham, and was home to Spider Kelly’s Bar and Dance Hall in the Barbary Coast days.  The four story, 16,000 square foot classic brick and timber building has recently been fully modernized for creative office use.
