995 Market Street is a fifteen story, 95,000 square foot office and retail building in San Francisco’s rapidly changing Mid-Market District. The structure was originally built by David Hewes in 1907. As of June, 2013 the building is undergoing major renovations of its façade, structural components and interior improvements. Upon completion the building will offer high-end creative space offices with dramatic views from its upper floors.
